The BioClass HM OD boiler manages to significantly reduce fuel consumption by lowering the temperature of the combustion gases, achieving up to 95% performance.
AUTOMATIC CLEANING SYSTEM
Cleaning of this boiler is fully automatic. It has a set of turbulators which, in addition to keeping the smoke passing through to improve performance, are responsible for cleaning the ash residues in the flue gas outlet.
These turbulators are attached to the engine shaft by means of cam systems which periodically cause vertical movement, thereby cleaning the vapour outlets.
The burner has an automatic ash cleaning system. The lower part of the burner combustion has a cleaning system which is periodically responsible for sending the ash from the combustion to the ash pan. Cleaning is also carried out while the burner is in operation, which means that it does not affect the comfort of the installation, thus reducing the consumption of the boiler.
