Delivery terms

The customer has the option to receive the goods in two ways: by picking them up at our office or by arranging delivery using one of our services. The goods are available for collection at the office or are delivered only after the invoice has been paid and the payment has been credited to the seller's bank account.

Conditions for collecting the goods from our office

The goods can be collected free of charge at the Altenergo SIA office at 43-4 Pulkveža Brieža Street, on weekdays from 09.00-17.00, arranging the time of arrival beforehand.

When collecting the goods at the office, please take into account the dimensions and weight of the goods (indicated on the product page, in case of any doubts it is possible to clarify them by contacting us), arriving for the goods with the appropriate vehicle and helpers. Please note that office staff do not provide loading services.

The transport of the goods must be carried out strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions. If the customer does so by other methods or at his discretion, the seller shall not be liable for any damage that may occur during transportation.

Goods may also be collected by a supplier arranged by the customer or by another person representing the customer. In this case, please provide the contact details of the person or supplier who will represent the customer when collecting the goods.

Conditions of delivery

Delivery is organised via DPD or Omniva services (for orders weighing up to 30 kg) or by freight carriers (for heavier or palletised orders).

When delivering by courier or freight forwarder, the goods are delivered to the specified address (to the yard or stairway of the apartment), any further relocation of the goods or the services of a loader (including carrying the goods to the apartment) are the responsibility of the customer.

The delivery costs are calculated individually for each order (taking into account the delivery address, the volume and the weight of the goods) and are indicated on the invoice. The customer can find out the approximate delivery costs by contacting us in advance.
