You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days, starting from the day on which you received the goods. If the end of the period falls on an “official” national holiday, the right of withdrawal must be exercised up to and including the working day following the end of the said period.

Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred because you have chosen a type of delivery that is not the least expensive standard delivery type offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision. withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees in connection with such a refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract to us. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the goods have been used for purposes other than to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The goods shall be used for testing purposes to the extent that this would be possible in a store.
