The WFV anti-freeze valve is designed for monobloc heat pumps and its main purpose is to protect the heat pipe and heating system elements from freezing by slowly releasing the heat transfer medium when the temperature drops below 3°C. This prevents the heat pipe from freezing.

It is recommended to install two such valves in the system, on the supply and return pipes.

• Max. heat transfer medium temperature: +90°C;
• Outdoor temperature range: -30°C to +50°C; 
• Thermal medium temperature at valve opening: +3°C;
• Thermal medium temperature at valve closing: +4°C;
• Operating accuracy: +/-1°C;
• Connections: 1''M or 1 1/4''.
