A gas condensing boiler for heating only is located on the wall. Its heat exchanger shall be made of an aluminium-silicon alloy with high corrosion resistance and a large heat exchange surface, operating without minimum flow (flow T° < 75 °C) and capable of maintaining a 40 K temperature difference between supply and return. The heat exchanger has low hydraulic losses. It shall be accessible from the front of the boiler. The entire flue gas system is easily accessible for maintenance. The gas burner carries out the mixture preparation. It contains woven metal fibre surfaces and a silencer is installed at its inlet. Ignition and flame monitoring is carried out by an ionisation electrode. The modulation range may be from 18 to 100 %. A siphoned condensate collector is included as standard. The boiler shall be equipped with forward/reverse sensors for the heating appliance. A flue gas check valve shall be included as standard equipment.
The boiler is controlled by a Diematic EVOLUTION control panel containing an integrated, programmable electronic control system capable of controlling up to 3 circuits with three-way valves, 1 direct circuit and 1 domestic hot water circuit. The boiler pump speed is controlled by Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) depending on the burner capacity and the ΔT° of the heating appliance. This control system communicates via our accessory gateway via Modbus RTU RS485. The boiler has integrated fault reporting and output and 0-10 V input.
