Simple and functional, the S&P DECOR 100 is an exhaust fan with an air extraction rate of up to 95m3/h, designed to extract air through the wall or ceiling of a building. Equipped with a non-return valve that helps maintain room temperature and prevents air inflow when the fan is not in use.

Model range:

• C/CZ: simple model controlled by a switch (sold seperately, third party switch works);
• CR/CRZ: model with adjustable time relay (max. set time 30 minutes);
• CH/CHZ: model with time relay and adjustable humidity sensor (automatic operation can be set when room humidity reaches between 60% and 90%);
• CD/CDZ: model with integrated infrared sensor which starts automatic operation when motion is detected within ~4 metres of the unit.
