WATERRO OSMO ECO 3000G (4040FRP×2 – 500 LPH) industrial reverse osmosis system WATERRO OSMO ECO 3000G (4040FRP×2 – 500 LPH) is an industrial reverse osmosis system designed for reliable purified water production in commercial and professional applications. The system delivers 500 LPH of purified water and is equipped with two industrial RO membranes. The membrane configuration is intended for applications with feed water TDS up to <5000 ppm, depending on operating conditions and the selected membrane. The membranes are installed in 4040-FRP membrane housings rated for 450 psi. The LEO EVP 2-11 pump, 220V, 1.8 kW, provides the operating pressure required for the reverse osmosis process. The system features a PRESTIGE 24V-2TDS control board and IN/OUT WATER CONTROL for monitoring feed and purified water TDS. A high/low pressure switch provides pressure protection during operation. The system includes a ¾" solenoid valve, a 5G panel-type flow meter and an ON SET float valve. Optionally, the system can be supplemented with a 40 L dosing tank and an EDLP-10 dosing pump.
