The Aquaphor K7B filter uses an extremely dense CarbFiber block made of powdered activated coconut shell carbon. It removes residual organic pollution and heavy metals. It filters particles down to 0.8 microns.

In addition, the porous fibre membrane built into the inlet of the filter module will remove particles as small as 0.1 microns (providing additional filtration) and provides 99.99% protection against bacteria.

Aquaphor replacement filters also include active silver ion particles.
