Ventilation, air exchange

Ventilation and recovery equipment includes equipment that exhausts air (ventilation) or exchanges air to improve air quality, reduce humidity or dryness and, consequently, get rid of mould and unwanted odours (recovery). Ventilation and heat recovery also help to maintain a certain room temperature, preventing it from becoming excessively warm or cool. 

Heat recovery units are available in two variants: centralised and decentralised units. Decentralised or wall-mounted recuperators are very simple to install and adjust and are much more budget-friendly, but can only be used in one room. A centralised recuperator is more efficient, has more in-depth control and is able to exchange air throughout the house. Its disadvantage is the complex installation of the unit, which requires the design of the ventilation system.
