The latest in the Nordis air-to-air heat pump series, the NORDIS Nova, is nominally counted as an air conditioner with a heating function. But using inverter technology and tested in Scandinavian conditions, the heat pump's efficiency is comparable to heat pumps - it can provide heating down to -25°C. Like the Orion Pro heat pump, the Nova heat pump is equipped with a +8°C function, which is useful for keeping the temperature constant in an unoccupied room (e.g. in a country house if you are away on your own).

Thanks to a number of integrated features and functions, the NORDIS Nova air-to-air heat pump operates more efficiently and is easier to use:

• With an inverter-type compressor, the heat pump can operate efficiently over a temperature range of -25°C to +53°C. In addition to the +8°C function already mentioned, and heating to low temperatures, the heat pump will be able to provide cooling down to -15°C;
• As with other Nordis heat pumps and air conditioners, the i-FEEL function will control the temperature as required, providing a more comfortable environment;
• New control panel with bright LCD display;
• The removal of bacteria, microbes and other harmful particles is efficiently achieved by the cold plasma air purifier. Combined with high-density filters, only the cleanest air is extracted from the heat pump;
• The quietest of the Nordis heat pumps, with a sound level of only 22 dBa;
• With turbo cooling and heating, it is possible to change the room temperature in a very short period of time (30 minutes for cooling and 60 minutes for heating respectively). When the heat pump is finished, it cools down just as quickly, preserving the lifetime of the unit;
• A set humidification function is useful in dry rooms for additional air quality;
• New control panel with bright LCD display;
• The unit is easy to dismantle, allowing for quicker maintenance, parts replacement and washing.

The heat pump is equipped with a seven-speed fan. WiFi control comes as standard.
