The WOMIX DUO ZONER accumulating hydraulic separator, as the name suggests, works both as a hydraulic separator and as a small accumulation tank. Its main application is the combination of a monobloc air-to-water heat pump with another heating source, thus obtaining a multi-source heating system without complex system reconfiguration - the heat pump acts as the main heating source, while at extremely low temperatures or peak consumption the additional high-temperature heating source will perform the support function. The arrangement of the connection points allows a stratification effect in the storage tank. 

With a direct connection to a C60 or C70 heating distribution manifold, it is possible to connect several heating loops to it, even with several heating source connections. Similar to the Womix particulate filter, it is possible to add a magnetic element for additional filtration of iron particles.

Included: insulation, automatic bleed valve, temperature sensor insert, liquid dump valve and mounting brackets for ground or wall mounting.
